Formula E driver, Jérôme D'Ambrosio, promotes everyday electromobility

Jérôme D'Ambrosio, racing driver in the FIA Formula E and new ambassador for electromobility has endorsed electric vehicles both in racing and daily life. He said:

“It’s important that racing offers developments that can be brought to benefit everyone. We live in a world where pollution is a concern. Electromobility can be the answer and I want to be a part of that. I believe that the Formula E will be able to promote the development of electric vehicles in terms of technological improvements and also give credibility to EVs for the general public. Obviously, this will need to be done in cooperation with other organisations like, for instance, smartCEM and all together to push electromobility forward and into cities around the world.”

Jérôme D'Ambrosio is a Belgian motorsport driver. In 2011, he made his Formula 1 debut with Marussia and in 2012 in Lotus. Since September 2014, he has been driving for Dragon Racing in the FIA Formula E.
